How our bookings work.
The practical rules behind a seat, a date and a cancellation, written the way we explain them in person.
A seat
A seat is one person on one whole course, however many sessions that course runs over. Seats are not shared between people.
Class size and dates
Every class runs with fifteen people at most, so everyone practises. We confirm a date once eight people are booked. At most five people from one business sit in the same class, which keeps the room mixed and the conversation open.
Level 1 always comes before Level 2, so your people arrive at the AHLEI exam ready.
Booking and payment
Sending a form is a request, not a charge. We come back to you with dates and an invoice. Prices on this site are in Aruban florin and do not include anything we have not listed.
Changing or cancelling
Tell us as early as you can and we will move your people to another date wherever we have room. If we have to move a date ourselves we will offer you the next one or return what you paid.
On Property training
On Property sessions run at your building for groups of up to twenty five, planned around your shifts, and are quoted for each property.
The free secret shopper
The visit is on us. We come as a guest would, we pay our own bill, and we send you what we saw in writing. It carries no obligation to buy anything afterwards.
Photographs
We take class photos and share them in the Corvia Community. Tell us on the day if you would rather not be in them, and we will leave you out.
